Suspension Workshop Services

Set Up
We provide a full set-up service either trackside or at our workshop, where we personalise your suspension to suit your specific riding needs. The main advantage of this is easier riding and less rider fatigue. Added benefits are less wear & tear on tyres and chains and reduced fuel consumption.

We welcome riders on a 1-1 basis, for suspension set-up, at the workshop, if time is tight or you can't get to us for one of the clinic days.   

Our next Set-Up Clinic is on 9th September and is a "Ladies Only" day. Full details on our Facebook page  . Please keep an eye out for future dates, throughout the year. 

Servicing
Front fork service, including new K-Tech seals, Motul oils and a full strip and rebuild - including all cartridges, seals, shim stacks and adjusters removed cleaned, emptied and refitted. Fresh oil put in and all hydraulics re-pressured, base settings added all ready to refit.
Rear shock absorber service, including seal head kit, piston rebuild, fresh seals, oil & re-gas.
Spring refurbishment service (blast and powder coat the spring to bring it back up to original condition)
We also service GPR rotary steering dampers, along with linear dampers from all manufacturers.

Upgrades
Front fork upgrades available using the finest K-Tech springs and seals and Motul Factory Line Fork Oil. We supply and fit the full Nitron cartridge range of TVT & TVT Pro for all applicable bikes, as well as the full K-Tech range including IDS,DDS & RDS cartridges, SSK & SSRK pistons, KTR2 & KTR4 race forks and will advise on the best options for you and your bike.
We are main dealers for K-Tech, Premier Nitron dealers (can be verified on the manufacturers websites) as well as can also work on all brands of suspension, including OEM equipment.
Rear shock servicing and upgrades, including spring upgrades & revalving options. All shocks are serviced with fresh Motul oil and oxygen-free nitrogen.

Replacement rear shocks available from all major manufacturers, including our main suppliers - Nitron & K-Tech.
K-Tech, Ohlins & GPR steering dampers serviced. K-Tech steering dampers supplied via mail order or on-bike fitting.

We have a mail order service for your loose parts, as well as a full ride-in & ride-out service. We only work on one bike at a time, allowing us to concentrate solely on each customer’s pride & joy and give you the highest level of service you expect and deserve.
